SugarThieves, a hidden gem founded in 2016, stole our hearts when they unveiled a quaint takeaway space nestled in the vibrant heart of Chinatown in 2018.

With a passion for crafting artisanal cakes, pastries, and cookies, SugarThieves has garnered a loyal following. One delighted customer raves, “SugarThieves’ Watermelon cakes are a slice of heaven, and their croissants transport me to Paris with every bite.”

About the Owner
The owner, co-founder, and chef graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Sydney and has over 10 years of baking experience. When she’s not baking, she enjoys a good cuppa and spending time with her dogs.
